Title: Mushroom Pepper Saute

Yield: 2 Servings

1 1/2ozTriticale flour
1/2tsBasil
1/2tsThyme
1/4tsSalt
1/2tsSoy sauce
1tbSesame oil
6ozMushrooms; sliced
1 1/2ozGreen pepper; chopped
1 1/2ozScallions; chopped

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x 8 baking dish with sesame oil. Mix triticale flour with basil, thyme, salt, soy sauce, and 2 ounces water. Saute the vegetables, adding the triticale sauce, for 4 minutes. Transfer ingredients to a covered baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
